VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR ASSISTANT - Assists volunteer coordinator as contact person for all volunteers, coordinates scheduling of work, tracks performance, communicates further training opportunities and needs of FRS. Works directly with executive director, office manager, administrative assistant, and house manager.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - Assists in data entry, data management, word processing, operates office machines, makes copies, produces rough draft literature, policy and procedure manuals, supports fund-raising events. Generally assists administrative assistant and office manager with maintaining the smooth operation of our administrative office.
RELIEF HOUSE MANAGER - Stays at shelter, taking house manager's responsibilities so permanent house manager can have time away from the shelter, according to need and volunteer availability.
DEVELOPMENTAL (FUND-RAISING) - Supports a variety of special fund-raising projects, such as banquets, crepe stands, walk-a-thons, telethons, etc.
GRANT WRITING - Uses standard forms from corporations and foundations to compile and submit data needed to secure grant support for FRS.
